The Loan Process

  • Before you begin shopping for a home, the VERY FIRST thing that you should do is to get PRE-APPROVED.

  • You will be required to bring in documentation that proves your financial ability, employment stability, and rental history.

  • You will need the following documentation:

    • Last two years of W-2's

    • Last 3 month's bank statements

    • Last 30 days of pay stubs

    • Copy of your driver's license

    • Copy of your social security card

    • $65.00 application fee

    • Any other documentation deemed necessary to finalize your loan

  • You will be required to complete a Loan Application that will then be submitted with all of your documentation to an Underwriter. 

  • Within 72 hours your file will be reviewed and a decision rendered based on the information submitted.

  • Once you get your approval, you will be provided with a PRE-APPROVAL letter that will be needed to submit an offer on a house.

  • Please note that everyone's scenario (credit, financial, etc.) is different and that no two situations are exactly alike!
