The Loan Process

Before you begin shopping for a home, the VERY FIRST thing that you should do is to get PRE-APPROVED.

You will be required to bring in documentation that proves your financial ability, employment stability, and rental history.

You will need the following documentation:

Last two years of W-2's
-
Last 3 month's bank statements
-
Last 30 days of pay stubs
-
Copy of your driver's license
-
Copy of your social security card
-
$75.00 application fee
-
Any other documentation deemed necessary to finalize your loan

You will be required to complete a Loan Application that will then be submitted with all of your documentation to an Underwriter.

Within 72 hours your file will be reviewed and a decision rendered based on the information submitted.

Once you get your approval, you will be provided with a PRE-APPROVAL letter that will be needed to submit an offer on a house.
